Privacy policy

This Policy determines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of visitors to the Yana Diadchenko portfolio website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). The policy is drawn up in accordance with the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

The data are stored no longer than is required for the purposes of processing, unless otherwise provided by law or contract. After achieving the purpose, expiration of the established period or withdrawal of consent, the data are deleted or anonymized, if there are no other legal grounds for their processing.

To ensure the operation of the Site, data may be processed by hosting providers and other technical infrastructure to the extent necessary to provide their services. Transfer is also possible when it is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

When switching to Telegram, Google Drive or other external resources, data processing is carried out by the relevant services according to their own rules. At the date of publication, third-party web analytics systems on the Site are not used.

The operator does not sell personal data and does not distribute them without a legal basis.

The visitor is entitled to:

• obtain information about the processing of your personal data;
• require the clarification, blocking or deletion of incomplete, outdated or illegally obtained data;
• withdraw consent to data processing;
• appeal against the actions of the Operator in Roskomnadzor or in court.

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect data from illegal or accidental access, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution and other illegal actions.
