Privacy policy

This Policy determines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of visitors to the Yana Diadchenko portfolio website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). The policy is drawn up in accordance with the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

The Policy applies to all information that the owner of the Site may receive about visitors when using the Site or contacting through the contacts indicated on it.

The owner of the Site and the operator of personal data processed as part of its work is Yana Diadchenko (hereinafter - the "Operator").

The subjects of personal data are visitors to the Site and persons who independently contact the Operator through Telegram or other communication methods indicated on the Site.

• date and time of the visit, requested pages, referral source, and approximate location derived from the IP address;
• cookies, browser identifiers, and localStorage and sessionStorage data used by Yandex Metrica;
• interactions with Site pages, including views, navigation, clicks, scrolling, pointer movements, and other session events recorded, among other tools, by Session Replay;
• name, contact details and content of the message, if the visitor independently sends them to the Operator.

The Site is not intended to collect special categories or biometric personal data. The operator asks not to send such information without necessity.

Personal and technical data may be processed to:

• ensure the correct and safe operation of the Site;
• respond to appeals and discuss proposals for cooperation;
• analyze the work of pages and improve the content of the Site;
• measure traffic, referral sources, and visitor behavior using Yandex Metrica;
• comply with the requirements of the legislation and protect the legal rights of the Operator.

Data are not processed for purposes incompatible with the purposes of their collection.

Processing may be based on the visitor’s consent, actions taken at their request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, legal requirements, or the Operator’s legitimate interests, provided that the visitor’s rights are not infringed.

Web analytics data is processed automatically when Site pages load. Visitors can restrict this processing through their browser settings or the Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on.

The processing is limited to specific legitimate purposes. The composition and scope of the data should be consistent with these objectives and not redundant.

Processing can be carried out in an automated way or without the use of automation tools and include receipt, recording, systematization, storage, clarification, use, transfer in cases provided for in the Policy, Blocking and deleting data.

The data are stored no longer than is required for the purposes of processing, unless otherwise provided by law or contract. After achieving the purpose, expiration of the established period or withdrawal of consent, the data are deleted or anonymized, if there are no other legal grounds for their processing.

The retention period for Yandex Metrica cookies and technical identifiers depends on their purpose and the service settings. Information in analytics reports is retained within the periods and settings established by the Operator and Yandex.

To ensure the operation of the Site, data may be processed by hosting providers and other technical infrastructure to the extent necessary to provide their services. Transfer is also possible when it is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

The Site uses Yandex Metrica tag No. 112084226 with Session Replay, click maps, and link tracking enabled. Technical information and visitor interaction data are transferred to YANDEX LLC (16 Leo Tolstoy Street, Moscow 119021, Russia) and processed under the Yandex Metrica Terms of Use and the Yandex Privacy Policy.

When you follow links to Telegram, Google Drive, or other external resources, the relevant services process data under their own rules.

The operator does not sell personal data and does not distribute them without a legal basis.

The visitor is entitled to:

• obtain information about the processing of your personal data;
• require the clarification, blocking or deletion of incomplete, outdated or illegally obtained data;
• withdraw consent to data processing;
• appeal against the actions of the Operator in Roskomnadzor or in court.

To send an appeal, contact Yana Diadchenko Telegram. The request may require information to confirm the identity of the applicant and its relationship to the requested data.

You can restrict data collection by Yandex Metrica through your browser settings or the official Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on.

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect data from illegal or accidental access, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution and other illegal actions.

The Policy may be updated when changing the functionality of the Site, the composition of the services used or the requirements of the legislation. The current version is always on this page.
